Providing information is voluntary. If you do not provide contact details we simply cannot respond to an inquiry or deliver services.
Legal bases are listed for visitors to whom the EU or UK GDPR applies. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions with legal effects.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the EU. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers. Israel is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection.
Inquiry conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting project, and afterwards only as required for legal, tax or dispute purposes. Anonymous site statistics are kept for trend reporting. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to our administration area and stored data is restricted to authorised accounts and protected by access rules in the database. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may request to review and correct information held about you. Residents of certain US states may have similar rights; we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of marketing tracking.
To make a request, email sapiravizohar@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
Analytics and marketing tools run only after you opt in. You can change or withdraw consent at any time:
