Terms of Use

Last updated · 19 October 2026

By using modulacollection.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

01

The website

The website is operated by Sapir Avizohar, operating as MODULA (sole proprietor, Israel). You may browse it for personal or internal business purposes, such as evaluating MODULA's services.

02

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, MODULA name and logo, and MODULA's original creative work are owned by MODULA or used under licence. Portfolio images and videos may also include client products, garments, logos and trademarks that belong to those clients or other third parties; MODULA claims no ownership of them.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • copy, download, scrape, reproduce or redistribute portfolio images or videos;
  • use our content for commercial purposes, advertising, or to train or prompt AI systems;
  • remove credits, or present our work as your own.

Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

03

Portfolio and AI-generated content

Portfolio items are shown to demonstrate our capabilities and may be created with or enhanced by artificial-intelligence tools. Models, locations and scenes may be generated and do not necessarily depict real people or places. Displayed work does not guarantee identical results for every project. The extent of copyright protection for AI-assisted works varies between jurisdictions; this does not affect your obligation to respect these terms.

04

No contract by browsing or inquiring

Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement. Prices shown are indicative "starting at" ranges. Commissioned work is governed only by a separate written proposal or agreement, including ownership and usage rights in deliverables.

05

Accuracy and external links

We aim to keep the website accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. Links to third-party websites (such as WhatsApp) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

06

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided "as is" and MODULA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

07

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
