The Method

AI production makes images. Method is what turns images into a brand asset. These are the two protocols MODULA runs on every project — one holds identity, the other translates it into a market.

Protocol 01

Identity Lock Protocol

Consistent model, garment and colour identity across an entire campaign — not just inside a single frame.

The common failure in AI production is drift. The model shifts slightly between frames, the fabric tone travels, the hemline shortens. At single-image level it is invisible. At category-page or campaign level it reads as unreliability, and the buyer stops trusting the product.

The Identity Lock Protocol fixes three layers before production begins: model identity (face, proportion, skin tone, hair), garment identity (fabric, texture, cut, seams, print) and brand identity (lighting, palette, camera distance, posing language).

Every asset is validated against that reference sheet rather than against the previous image. An asset produced two months after the first campaign still belongs to the same series.

  1. 01

    Reference Set

Source material for every piece from all angles, including fabric, seam and print close-ups.

  2. 02

    Identity Sheet

A locked identity sheet for model and brand — face, proportion, lighting and palette.

  3. 03

    Locked Production

All assets are produced against that sheet, never chained image-to-image.

  4. 04

    Drift Review

A full-set drift check on tone, cut, proportion and light before delivery.

Result: a category page that looks like one shoot day, even when it was built over weeks.

Protocol 02

Cultural Intelligence Engine

One product, three visual languages: Israel, Gulf modest, Europe — without producing three times from scratch.

Campaigns rarely fail abroad because of poor copy translation. They fail because the visual code is wrong: sleeve length, camera distance, body language, location choice, light temperature, and how loud a frame is allowed to be.

The Cultural Intelligence Engine is MODULA's decision library for each market it works in. It is not a censorship filter — it is a codebook: what reads as luxury, what reads as inviting, and what reads as foreign.

In practice, production is planned as one product-identity layer and several presentation layers. A brand can launch on an Israeli storefront, a Gulf feed and a European buyer deck from a single campaign instead of three.

  1. 01

    Market Read

Audience, sales channel, visual sensitivities and the local standard of luxury.

  2. 02

    Code Mapping

Coverage, posing, location, palette, camera distance and edit style, mapped per market.

  3. 03

    Single Shoot, Multi Market

One production generating market-adapted variants instead of three separate shoots.

  4. 04

    Local Validation

Native review before publishing, so the campaign reads local rather than imported.

Result: entering a new market without rebuilding the brand's visual identity.
